Once you have ordered your product, you cannot go back and cancel the order because the product that you requested will already be in the process of being constructed. Expect products to be done in three to five days.
If there is an error in your design, please write a review or contact us. You can also reply to the email we send you that will contain your product.
Your design will not be shared anywhere else except to you. At JaVanntick we are always posting our designs and products on our Instagram page and this website. We may send customers an email back asking if they would like their design to be on our website for advertising purposes. Also note that our ad designs on Instagram are edits made purely by JaVanntick and are under the ownership of JaVanntick, they are designs made for no customers in other words. If you would like to, however, have us post your design on Instagram, please contact us.
Yes, we have stated we'll design any type of ad for you present to us, but it also must be appropriate. Here are the appropriate terms that must be followed in order for a design to be completed: no nudity/sexual content, no explicit language, and lastly no racism of any kind. For explicit content design and ads, we require a form of identification and account verification (state id, passport, etc...). We also reserve the right to decline any inappropriate design requests solely at our explicit discretion.
For any account that continuously sends us inappropriate things as said above, their account will be disabled as well as their email to be potentially reported.
If there is an error in our design, it is our top priority to provide you an ad that meets your expectations. Therefore, it will be revised and corrected as soon as possible after you have informed us.
Return and Refund Policy
Our policy consists of:
Terms of return: If you want to have your product revised due to an error, then you must contact us within two (2) business days after the delivery of the edit.
State reason(s) for return: Please state the specific reasons that the edit does not meet the specifications provided by you.
Process of refund: If the product is not corrected the first time, and you reply back again to the email containing your product that there is an obvious error, your refund will be processed within two (2) business days.
